What this site is, and is not.

Worth two minutes, because it explains how to read every number on the rest of the site.

We are not a lender

LoanPark is a loan facilitator and direct selling agent acting for its partner lenders. We do not lend money, we do not sanction loans, and we cannot approve or decline an application. Every credit decision is the lender’s alone, made on your documents and their prevailing policy.

We charge the borrower nothing. Our commission is paid by the lender on disbursement and is never deducted from your loan amount.

How to read the rates

Rates shown are each lender’s own published starting rate, read from their own website and shown with the date we read it — currently as on 2 Sept 2026 for 5 of the 8 lenders on our panel. A starting rate is a floor, not a quote. What you are offered depends on your credit score, income, employment and the property.

Where a lender shows rate on request, we have not been able to confirm a current figure from their own published source, so we show none. We would rather leave a gap than fill it with an estimate that looks like the bank’s number.

Anywhere a figure is our own working assumption rather than something a lender publishes — our credit-band adjustment, and the FOIR ceiling the eligibility calculator uses — it is labelled as our estimate on the page where it appears.

Calculators are illustrations

Every calculator here is for your own planning. The results are arithmetic on the numbers you type in, not an offer, a sanction or a promise. Actual EMIs, eligibility and charges are determined by the lender.

Statutory charges

Stamp duty and registration figures reflect Gujarat rates as we understand them at the date shown, including the Gujarat Stamp (Amendment) Act 2025. Statutory rates change, and the amount finally assessed is the sub-registrar’s determination, not ours.

Bank names

Lender names are used descriptively, to identify the institutions we work with. All trademarks belong to their respective owners. Nothing here should be read as those institutions endorsing LoanPark.
