What we collect

When you use the enquiry form we collect your name and mobile number, and whatever you choose to add afterwards — employment type, income, existing EMIs, credit score band, tenure and the area you are buying in. We also record which page you arrived on, where you came from, and any campaign tags in the link.

We save your name and mobile as soon as you submit the first step. If you stop there, that much is kept and we may call you about it. That is the point of the form, and we would rather say so than bury it.

Why we collect it

To work out which lenders realistically fit your file, to contact you about your enquiry by phone or WhatsApp, and to submit an application to a lender if you ask us to. Nothing else. We do not sell your details, and we do not send marketing for unrelated products.

Who sees it

Our own staff, and the partner lender or lenders you agree we should approach. A lender receiving your file will run its own credit checks, under its own privacy terms. Your details are stored securely in our system; we use Google Workspace to hold enquiry records and Cloudflare to serve this website.

Your consent, and taking it back

We ask for your permission before you submit, with a tick box that is not pre-ticked, and we record the wording and the time you agreed. You can withdraw it at any time — message us on WhatsApp or call +91 96387 51010 and we will stop contacting you and delete your enquiry record. You can also ask for a copy of what we hold, or ask us to correct it.

Cookies and storage

This site stores a reference for your enquiry in your browser so that if you come back, your answers continue the same enquiry rather than starting a duplicate. It contains no personal data itself. Clearing your browser data removes it.
